    Pirates' Chocolate Pie

    Serves 8

    1 cup sugar
    2 cups melted chocolate
    1/2 cup flour
    2 eggs
    4 oz margarine
    1 tbsp vanilla extract
    2 tbsp Bourbon
    dash of salt
    one 9" pie shell

    Melt margarine and chocolate together in stainless steel bowl. Mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl. Add melted margarine and chocolate to other ingredients. Pour into a pie shell and cook for 50 minutes at 375° F. Chill and serve with whipped cream.
