    2-1/2 c flour
    3/4 c sugar
    3/4 c butter or margarine
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    3/4 c sour cream
    1 egg
    1 tsp almond extract

    Filling/Topping

    1 pkg (8-oz) cream cheese
    1/4 c sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c raspberry jam
    1/2 c sliced almonds

    Recipe



    Combine flour & sugar; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
    Reserve 1 c for topping
    To remaining crumb mixture, add baking powder, baking soda, salt, sour cream, egg & extract; blend well
    Spread batter in bottom & 2" up sides of greased & floured 9" springform pan (batter should be 1/4" thick on sides
    For filling, combine cheese, sugar, and egg; blend well
    Pour over batter
    Carefully spoon jam over filling
    For topping, combine almonds & reserved crumbs; sprinkle over jam
    Bake 350° for 55-60 min. or until filling is set & crust is golden brown
    Cool 15 minutes
    Serve warm or room temperature
