    1-1/2 c. flour
    1-1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. cooked rhubarb
    1 c. chopped dates
    2 eggs
    1 C. oil
    grated rind of one lemon

    Recipe



    Mix dry ingredients, then add next 3 ingredients.
    Gradually add eggs and oil. Mix well
    Pour into a greased 11x7 pan.
    Bake @350º for 50-60 minutes.
    While warm, drizzle on glaze

    Glaze:

    1 c. confectioners sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
