List of Ingredients




1 pound cream cheese
1 pint sour cream
4 eggs, well beaten
1 pound cottage cheese
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Cream cottage and cream cheese together. Add sugar, beat and add eggs. Stir in lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch and flour. Add butter, beat until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Grease spring form pan. Pour batter in pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Turn off over and let stand in oven 2 hours, remove and cool.
