    1/2 cup - cold water
    1 envelope of plain gelatin
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 cup - sugar
    1 1/2 oz - rum
    1 - 1/2 pint whipping cream
    1 graham cracker pie crust
    shaved unsweetened chocolate curls

    Recipe



    Soften gelatin in a small pan of cold water. Place on low burner until dissolved and let cool to lukewarm. In mixing bowl beat egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. Add rum to gelatin water, pour mixture into eggs and sugar. Set aside.
    Beat cream until it forms a soft peak. Pour gelatin and rum into cream. Mix well. When thickened pour into graham cracker pie crut. Cover with saran wrap and put into refrigerator to set.

    Serve with unsweetened cholcolate curls.
