    Topping:
    1 tbsp. all purpose flour
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    2 tbsp. (1/4 stick) butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    2 cups (12 oz. pkg) Nestle Toll House semi sweet chocolate morsels, divided
    Cake:
    1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 eggs
    1 cup sour cream

    For topping: Combine flour and brown sugar in small bowl. Cut in butter, with pastry blender or two knives, until crumbly. Stir in nuts and 1/2 cup chocolate morsels.
    For Cake: Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated suar and vanilla in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well afer each addition. Gradually add flour mixture alternatel with sour cream. Fold in remaining morsels. Spread into greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan; sprinkle with toping. Bake in preheated 350 degree F. oven for 25 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Makes 12 servings
