    2 1/2 lbs. Chocolate
    15 Egg Whites
    12 Egg Yolks
    3/4 lbs. Butter
    1 cup Sugar
    2 cups Roasted shelled Pecans

    Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler and the remove. Whip yolks with sugar till they double in volume. Add yolks to the melted chocolate. Whip egg whites till stiff peaks then fold them into the chocolate. Pour into a mold and sprinkle with pecans. Freeze.
