    Peanut Butter Marshmallow Fudge

    4 cups sugar
    1 cup margarine
    3 Tablespoons white corn syrup plus enough
    canned evaporated milk (like Pet or Carnation) to equal 1 cup
    2 cups smooth peanut butter (can use crunchy if you like)
    1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla.

    In heavy saucepan slightly melt margarine and add all of the sugar, and the
    corn syrup milk combination. Bring to a bubbling boil. Reduce heat to
    medium. cook and stir constantly, uncovered, for approximately 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Add peanut butter, marshmallow cream, and vanilla. Blend
    till thoroughly mixed and thick enough to pour. Pour into slightly buttered
    9 by 13-inch pan. When cool, cut into pieces.
