Preheat oven to 300 degrees

Unwrap the hershey kisses
In a baking sheet, arrange the kisses in rows
Take a pretzel ring and lay it on top of each kiss
Bake for 2 minutes

(The kiss should be very soft. It will not look like it has melted. Do not overbake! If you overbake the kiss will harden and you will never get it to the right consistency)
Take them out of the oven & take an M&M and put one on top of each ring
Let cool

Useful Tips:
Try it out on a spare baking pan with just 1 pretzel/kiss ring. After 2 minutes check to see if the kiss has softened. You may have to play around a bit with how long you put it in, depending on your oven. However, absolutely do not overbake it. (I have wasted many a pretzel/kiss ring because I did not take them out on time)
