List of Ingredients




1-Can cream style corn
1-Can whole kernel corn
1-Stick butter or margarine (melted)
2-Eggs (beaten)
1-Box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1-8 oz of sour cream
2-Tablespoons chopped onion (add more to taste)
1-Dash of black pepper
Parmesan and Cheddar cheese (enough to cover top of casserole)



Recipe



Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix ingredients well and pour into greased 9x13 dish. Bake uncovered for approximately 30 minutes and top with cheeses. Bake about 15 minutes longer or until center is firm or set.

Cool somewhat and serve warm.
