    1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 Tbs. dried parsley flakes
    1 tsp. rubbed sage
    2 tsp. coriander seeds
    2 cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix, divided
    1 16-oz. can French-style green beans, drained
    1/4 cup slivered almonds
    1 10.75-oz. can cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup milk
    3/4 cup chicken broth, divided
    2 Tbs. butter or margarine

    6 servings

    Preheat oven to 350º.

    Trim fat from chicken. Slice into 1/4-inch slices. In medium skillet, combine chicken, dried parsley, rubbed sage, and coriander seeds. Heat, covered, over low heat about 20 minutes or until hot.

    Sprinkle 1 cup stuffing mix in a lightly greased 12x8x2-inch baking dish. Layer green beans, almonds, and chicken over stuffing mix. Combine soup, milk, and 1/2 cup broth; mix well. Pour mixture over chicken.

    Combine 1 cup stuffing mix, 1/4 cup reserved broth, and butter, mixing well. Sprinkle on top of soup mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
