Asparagus Potato Casserole

5 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
2 onions, diced
1 1/4 lbs aspargus, diced
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
salt and pepper to taste
cheddar cheese, grated

Recipe



Combine potatoes, onions and asparagus in a casserole dish. Add milk. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Before serving, stir in grated cheddar cheese.
