Baked Pineapple Cheese Casserole

1 15-ounce can pineapple tidbits
1 8-ounce can pineapple tidbits
1 cup sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups grated cheese or more (mixtures of sharp and mild to taste)
1 stick margarine, melted
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed




Recipe



Grease casserole dish appriximately 2-quart size. Pour pineapple with juice in casserole dish. Combine flour and sugar and sprinkle over pineapple. Can use an extra tablespoon of flour if there is too much juice. Cover with grated cheese. Cover with crushed crackers and drizzle with melted margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Amouttns can be adjusted to make the size you want.
