1 package Tater Tots or crown potatoes (round flat frozen potatoes)
1 to 1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom, or 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
1 small can mushrooms, drained



Recipe



Brown meat; drain. To meat, add soup, cheese and mushrooms. Spray a 9x12-inch pan. Place one-half of potatoes in bottom add meat mixture. Top with remaining potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
