7 large potatoes, baked or boiled in skins
1 pt. sour cream
2 cans creamed soup (any flavor)
1 C. onion, chopped
2 C. cheddar cheese, grated


Recipe



Remove skins and grate potatoes. Mix soup, sour cream and onion. Butter the bottom of a large casserole dish. Layer 1/2 of the potatoes in dish and layer 1/2 of soup mixture, then 1/2 of the cheese. Salt and pepper and dot with butter. Repeat last layer. Bake at 325*. for 1 hour.
