1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3 tablespoons salad oil
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 cups tomato puree
3 cups cooked kidney beans
1 cup crushed corn chips
1/2 cup grated American cheese


Recipe



Brown beef in salad oil, stirring with a fork,

Add onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, tomato puree, beans and corn chips.

Pour into baking dish, top with cheese and bake at 325 degrees (F) for about 50 minutes.

Serves 6-8
Serve with cole slaw and hot rolls.
