    Broccoli Corn Soufflé

    Two 10 ounce cans of cream corn
    One 1 pound 16 oz package of frozen chopped broccoli, cooked & drained
    30 crushed soda crackers
    6 tablespoons of melted margarine of butter
    3 beaten eggs
    2 tablespoons of minced onion
    1 teaspoon of seasoned salt
    Pepper to taste

    Mix well. Bake uncovered in 1/2 quart casserole that has been greased at 350ºF. for 45 minutes or until done.
