6 hot dogs
6 hot dog buns, split
Mustard Dill Sauce:
2 Tbsp prepared coarse mustard
1 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp dill weed
Cheese Mixture
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onions
4 slices bacon, cooked & chopped Recipe
Put hot dogs in water to cover in saucepan.
Heat to a boil over high heat. Remove hot dogs, drain and reserve for later use.
To make Mustard Dill Sauce, mix mustard, mayonnaise and dillweed in a small bowl. Reserve.
To make Cheese Mixture, mix cheese, green onions and bacon in separate small bowl. Reserve.
Spread hot dog buns with the mustard sauce.
Lay hot dogs in buns and top with cheese mixture.
In 13x9-inch pan, lay buns side by side to keep upright.
Cook under broiler (6-8" from heat source) until cheese melts.
