2 lbs beef tips
1 cup sweet cream
1/2 cup brandy or red port wine
1 Tbsp paprika
1 bunch chopped scallions
1 lb sliced mushrooms
1/2 Tbsp salt
1 whole bay leaf
1/2 pkg cooked egg noodles




Recipe



Brown beef, add wine or brandy and all other ingredients and simmer covered, stirring frequently for 20 mins. Add more wine, if necessary. When beef is tender, serve over cooked noodles.

Serve with green salad and toast.
