    Corn Chili-Cheese Casserole

    2 eggs
    3 T flour
    1 cup heavy cream
    1/2 cup milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 T sugar
    1 1/2 cup corn
    3 T melted butter
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    One 4 oz. can chopped green chilies

    Recipe



    Preheat oven: 350F

    Mix eggs, flour, make paste.
    Add milk, cream, corn, pepper, sugar, corn & butter.
    Pour into greased 8" square pan.
    Bake for 50-55 minutes until set and golden brown.
