8 large potatoes
1 8oz. package cream cheese
1 C. sour cream
2 t. garlic salt
pepper to taste
1/4 C. butter
paprika


Recipe



Boil potatoes until soft enough for mashing. Drain potatoes. Mash potatoes adding cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt and pepper. A mixer will give smoother potatoes. Once potatoes are thoroughly mixed place in buttered casserole dish, dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Cover with lid or foil. Bring to room temperature before baking. Bake in a 400 degree oven for approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour. This recipe can be made 3 days in advance if needed. Great for holidays!!!!!!

Makes 12-15 servings.
