    1lb. cooked hamburger or ground turkey
    1 15oz. can black beans, drained
    1 8oz. picante sauce(mild or medium)
    2 cups cooked rice
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 15oz. corn, drained
    1 10oz. diced tomatoes w/green chilies
    1 8oz. sour cream
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 sm. can sliced olives (or not?)
    1 green onion, chopped
    8oz. jack cheese

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients except olives, green onion & jack cheese. Stir
    until well blended, and press evenly into a 9x13 baking dish. Top with
    jack cheese, olives & green onion.

    Bake for 50 min. @ 350 until heated through.
    Serve with a green salad. Guaranteed Hit!!

    Serves 6-8 Can be made ahead ,can be halved--serve 1/2 & freeze half
