Flash-in-the-Pan Skillet Supper

1 cup (about 1 1/2 ounces) dried tomato halves, snipped in half
1 1/4 pounds (4 medium) potatoes, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
12 ounces reduced-fat smoked sausage, sliced 1/4-inch thick
3/4 cup sliced green onions
1/3 cup prepared honey-Dijon barbecue sauce
Recipe
In a bowl cover tomatoes with hot water; set aside 10 minutes.
Place potatoes in microwave-safe bowl; cover, venting one corner. Cook on high about 8 minutes, just until tender.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add sausage; cook and toss over medium-high heat 5 minutes. Add potatoes; cook and toss 5 miutes. Drain and add tomatoes, then onions and barbecue sauce. Cook and toss 2 to 3 minutes until heated through. Serves 4.
