    Ground Beef Cream Cheese Casserole

    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup or any cream soup
    1/4 cup milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup catsup
    1 pkg ready to bake biscuits

    Recipe



    Brown the ground beef and onions. Drain. Combine cream cheese, soup and milk. Add salt, catsup and ground beef. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes. Add the biscuits to the top of the casserole. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer or until biscuits are golden brown.
