Ground Beef Velveeta Oven Meal

1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 onion
A layer of carrots
A layer of sliced potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
Velveeta cheese, enough to cover casserole


Recipe



Layer in casserole dish, ground beef, chopped onion, carrots, and potatoes. Mix together soup and water and pour over all. Top with a layer of Velveeta cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30-45 minutes or until carrots and potatoes are soft. This is great for a busy day!
