    1.5 lbs. ground beef
    1 onion diced
    1 cup + diced bell pepper (including a handful or so of various colored peppers)
    2 sticks celery diced
    2-3 heaping tbsp. Instant Beef Bouillon
    2-3 dashes of garlic powder
    2-3 dashes of dried parsley
    6 cups cubed potatoes (either frozen ones or make your own)
    1 can(15 1/4 oz.) whole kernel corn
    1 can (4oz. size) green chilies
    Enough water to cook the mix until potatoes are done.

    In a 12-inch covered skillet, scramble, and cook the ground beef, onion, celery, and bell pepper until done. If the ground beef is fat, then you'll need to drain off the grease, and it would really be better if you cook the meat first, separately, and drain off the grease before ever adding the other things. When ground beef is done, add the rest of the ingredients, and cook covered over medium heat about 20 minutes or un til the potatoes are done.
