Heavenly Ham Casserole

List of Ingredients




4 cups chopped ham
2 cups cubed cooked potatoes
11/2 cups sherry
2 tomatoes (chopped)
½ green pepper (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
½ cup cream
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup margarine (melted)


Recipe



Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the first 10 ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into a 9x13 inch casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of the mixture. Then, spoon the MELTED margarine over the top of the casserole. Bake for 1 hour.
