    2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen broccoli cuts
    1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 can (7 ounces) water-packed tuna, drained
    1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

    In a large glass bowl, microwave broccoli on high for 10 minutes. Drain and blot dry. Spread in 10x6-inch glass baking dish or 2-quart casserole. Combine soup, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Flake tuna into pieces and arrange over broccoli. Spoon soup mixture evenly over the tuna and spread to cover. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 12 to 14 minutes or until microwave temperature probe reaches 150 degrees.
