    1 can cream style corn
    1 cup Bisquick
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tblsp. melted butter
    1 Tblsp. sugar
    1/2 cup milk
    1 4-oz. can green chilies, chopped
    1/2 pound Monterey Jack cheese, sliced thin

    Recipe



    Combine first 6 ingredients.
    Pour one-half into a greased 8 " square glass baking dish.
    Cover with chilies & cheese.
    Cover cheese with remaining batter.
    Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
