Pineapple Casserole

1/2 cups sugar
2 sticks room temperature butter
3 eggs
1 regular sized can chunky pineapple (drained)
4 cups (approx. 1/2 loaf) Pepperidge Farm thin white sliced bread, cut off crust and cut into small cubes
In a large bowl combine butter and sugar to a creamy texture. Add eggs one at a time stirring until blended. fold in pineapple and bread cubes until mixed. Heat oven to 350° and bake 35 - 45 minutes until light brown on top. Serve hot.
