1 green pepper, chopped
10 corn tortillas, cut in bite-size pieces
1 can (15 ounces) Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1 large cooked chicken, boned
1 pound grated cheese, divided
Recipe
Mix all ingredients together well. Place in large 10x12-inch casserole or 2 smaller casserole dishes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
