    Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1 seven oz can diced green chilis
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 cups diced cooked chicken
    1 1/2 pounds Jack cheese, shredded
    1 dozen flour tortillas
    cooking oil
    cumin powder
    1 jar Salsa Verde (Green Salsa)

    Mix soup with sour cream, chilis, broth and chicken. Heat oil in skillet and briefly fry tortillas, turning once ( they should be limp but don't overcook). Place chicken mixture in tortilla, add some cheese, roll up enchilada style and place in a baking dish. Continue until all the tortillas and filling has been used up, reserving some of the cheese for topping. Spread Salsa Verde over enchiladas and top with remaining
    cheese. Sprinkle with cumin powder and bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly.
