12 slices bread
margarine
1 pound ground beef (do NOT brown)
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
6 wieners
2 medium onions, sliced
6 slices American cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk



Recipe



Spread 6 bread slices with margarine. Arrange in greased 9x13 inch pan. Toast under oven broiler. Combine beef, ketchup, salt and spread over toasted bread slices (1/3 cup each). Top with wieners, cut almost in half lengthwise, onion slices, and cheese slices. Cover with other 6 bread slices. Combine eggs and milk; pour over bread, making sure ENTIRE top of bread slices are moistened. Bake in 350°F oven about 50 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
