1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
16 oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup instant rice
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 cup water
lettuce, shredded
Cheddar cheese, shredded
taco chips

Recipe



Brown beef and onion. Add tomato sauce and water, then rice and taco seasoning. Bring to a boil, then lower heat to a simmer for 25 minutes. Place in a 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Top with shredded lettuce. Surround the dish with taco chips.
