1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 15-oz. can Italian-style tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (6 oz.)
1 10-oz. pkg. refrigerated biscuits (10 biscuits)
Recipe
In a large skillet, cook beef until brown. Drain the fat before stirring in tomato sauce and heating through. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Next, flatten biscuits with hands and arrange on top of cheese. Bake in a 400-degree oven for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden.
