List of Ingredients




6 oz. noodles, cooked
2-3 C. potatoes, diced and cooked
1, 10 1/2-oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 C. chopped onions
2 lbs. hamburger
salt and pepper to taste
3-4 T. flour
1 pt. whole milk or cream
1/2 pt. pizza sauce
cheese of choice

Cook noodles and potatoes. Drain. Add soup. In heavy skillet, brown
hamburger with salt and pepper and chopped onion. Add flour and fry until
brown. Pour in milk or cream, enough to make a thin gravy. Bring to a boil.
Layer noodles, potatoes, cheese, pizza sauce and meat gravy in medium-sized
roaster. Bake 30 minutes at 350.
