Zucchini Mozzarella Casserole

3 to 4 medium-size Zucchini, washed
1 large Onion, peeled
1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 teaspoon Onion salt
1/4 teaspoon Oregano
1 8oz. can Tomato sauce

Recipe



Preheat oven to 350º. Cut zucchini into1/2-inch slices and thinly slice onion and mozzarella cheese. Cook zucchini andonion slices together in covered skillet in butter or margarine until tender. Add onion salt, oregano and tomato sauce.Pour into a 1-1/2-quart shallow casserole. Top with mozzarella slices. Bake 30 minutes.
