    3-1/2 cups flour

    2 sticks butter

    ¾ cups sugar

    1 teaspoon baking powder

    2 egg yolks

    3-6 tablespoons sour cream

    3-4 large apples

    breadcrumbs

    cinnamon sugar

    Recipe



    Mix flour, butter, baking powder until crumbly.
    Put in sugar and egg yolks.
    Mix in sour cream. Start out with 2 tablespoons and if it is too crumbly add more sour cream. You want it to be roll out consistency.
    Knead dough.
    Split dough in half.
    Roll one half the size of a 9x13 baking pan.
    Put in the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Peel and core apples and slice into small pieces and lay on top of dough in pan.
    Coat apples with sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll out the rest of the dough and lay on top of apples. Poke holes in the crust.
    Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until it looks done. A little golden but not too much.
    Cool a little and slice.
