    2 egg whites
    1 c. butterscotch or chocolate chips
    2/3 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover cookie sheet with foil.

    Beat egg whites until foamy, add sugar, beat until consistency of meringue. Add vanilla and salt. Fold in chopped pecans and chips

    Drop on foil from a teaspoon. Turn OFF oven. Put cookies in oven and leave overnight
