    1 box (one step) angel food cake mix
    1 can lemon pie filling
    1 c. Coconut
    1 t. Vanilla
    1 c. Chopped pecans, opt.
    Cream cheese frosting:

    1 8-oz pkg. Cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. Oleo, softened
    1 lb. Confectioners sugar
    1 t. Vanilla

    Combine all ingredients & stir by hand.
    Pour into ungreased jellyroll pan.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
    Cool
    Frost with either powdered sugar frosting or above cream cheese frosting. (Can use other fruit flavored pie fillings, also
    For the cream cheese frosting, beat the cream cheese & oleo together until light. Add the confectioners sugar & vanilla; beat until smooth. Spread on the cooled bars.
