1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup sour cream
1 egg -beaten
1 (20-oz) jar apricot preserves
Recipe
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Pat down firmly on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Top with preserves, bake again at 350° for 25 minutes
Cut into squares
