List of Ingredients




2/3 cup butter or margarine
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
3 eggs ~ beaten
1 1/2 cups chunky peanut butter
6 cups rolled oats
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 cups raisins OR 3/4 cup raisins and 3/4 cup dried cranberries
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup M & M's
1/2 cup Skor bits


Recipe



Mix sugars and eggs together and set aside.

Melt butter over a low heat. Add peanut butter and egg mixture. Mix until smooth. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.

Mixture should be sticky. You may need to add a few tablespoons of water to create the right consistency.

Drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet NOTE (1). Flatten slightly and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on racks. Makes appproximately 2 dozen. Freezes well.

NOTE (1) These will spread to about 3" in diameter. Be sure to give them enough room to grow when you put the dough on the cookie sheets.

SUGGESTION: These make excellent bake sale items for schools and sporting events.
