    1/2 cup soft margarine
    6 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons molasses
    1/2 cup carob powder
    1/4-1 cup nonfat dry milk
    1/2 cup chopped english walnuts
    1/4 cup ground english walnuts.

    Recipe



    Cream the margarine with the honey and molasses. Beat in the carob powder. Gradually beat in the dry milk until the mixture is stiff enough to hold a shape. Add chopped walnuts and form into an 8-inch roll, 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Coat with the ground walnuts.

    Chill for 2 hours. Slice and serve as cookies.

    Yield: 1 roll(16 1/2-inch slices)
