List of Ingredients




1 cup butter or margarine ~ softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 - 3 1/2 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups chocolate chips OR 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 cup white chocolate chips


Recipe



Mix together flour and soda. Set aside.

Combine butter, sugar, vanilla and pudding mix. Mix until smooth and fluffy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture to egg mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Batter should be stiff.

Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on racks. Makes approximately 4 1/2 dozen. Freezes well.
