Chunky Chocolate Bars

1 3/4 cups Flour
3/4 cup Powdered sugar
1/4 cup Cocoa
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Almond extract
12 ounces Semisweet chocolate chips
14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
1 cup Chilled butter
1 cup Chopped pecans
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, sugar, and cocoa. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press firmly into bottom of 9 by 13 pan and bake for 15 minutes. Melt 1 cup chips in milk over medium heat. Stir in vanilla and almond extracts. Pour evenly over crust and top with remaining chips and pecans and press down firmly. Bake for 20 minutes, cool, and chill and cut into bars.
