1/2 cup soft margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk

Filling

1 cup margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe



Cream butter and sugar
Beat in egg and vanilla
Add dry ingredients alternately with milk
Beat until smooth
Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake for 7 minutes at 400°
Cool and fill

Filling

Cream margarine and powdered sugar
Add marshmallow cream and vanilla
To fill, frost one cookie with filling mixture and place another cookie on top
After filling, place in a baggie and freeze
