    1 pkg. (4-serving size) instant pudding, any flavor
    3/4 cup baking mix, such as Bisquick
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 egg (use 2 eggs for a softer cookie)

    Recipe



    Combine dry pudding mix with biscuit mix; mix well
    Add oil and egg, mixing well
    Drop mixture by spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet, or roll into balls and flatten on cookie sheet
    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes
    Cookies should be light-colored, not brown
