    1/2 cup margarine
    3 Tbs. granulated sugar replacement
    1 Tbs. fructose
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    2 Tbs. finely chopped dietetic jellybeans

    Recipe



    Using an electric mixer, beat margarine, sugar replacement and fructose until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Stir in flour until well blended. Fold in chopped jellybeans.

    Shape dough into 1/2-in. balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes

    Cool on racks.

    Exchange, 1 ball; 1/4 bread, 1 fat Calories , 1 ball; 29 Carbohydrates, 1 ball; 3 gm.
