    CRUST:

    1 C. rolled oats (Quick or old-fashioned, uncooked)
    3/4 C. all-purpose flour
    1/3 C. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 C. chopped toasted pecans
    1/4 t. baking soda
    6 T. margarine or butter, melted

    FILLING:

    2 (8-oz.) pkgs. reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
    3/4 C. firmly packed brown sugar
    2 T. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    1 t. vanilla
    1 t. grated lemon peel

    TOPPING:

    1 C. light blueberry syrup
    2 T. lemon juice
    2 C. fresh blueberries

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees.
    Lightly spray 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray.
    For crust, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, pecans, & baking soda in medium bowl; mix well. Add margarine; mix until crumbly. Press into a firm, even layer onto bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes.
    For Filling, beat together cream cheese, brown sugar & flour with electric mixer in large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla & lemon peel; beat well. Pour over crust, spreading evenly. Bake 20-25 minutes or until set in center.
    Cool Completely.
    Chill
    To serve, cut into squares.
    In medium bowl, combine blueberry syrup, lemon juice, & blueberries.
    Spoon over bars.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 24 squares
