    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. lemon cake mix
    1/2 Cup oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp grated lemon peel
    pecan halves (if desired)

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and mix well
    Drop from a teaspoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet
    If desired, top each cookie with a pecan half
    Bake at 350º 10-12 minutes
    Cool on cookie sheet about 1 minute then remove to rack to finish cooling

    Note: Any flavor cake mix may be used if you want to change the flavoring
